Pupil Council

The Pupil Council includes pupils from Primary 1 to 7. Each pupil is encouraged to contribute to the life of the school by voicing opinions at meetings, which are held once a month. The Pupil Council has been responsible for recent initiatives e.g. Changing the dining hut facilities, improving playground & classroom games, writing school policies and also help raise funding for the TAG to buy reflector bands for all pupils in the school. In 2011 the pupils campaigned hard to get the back playground resurfaced.  They  managed to secure funding for the project.  After securing planning and finance the surface was laid in 2010 with a wonderful opening ceremony held in May 2011.

The aim of the Council is to ensure that all pupils are given the chance to be Confident Individuals, Effective Contributors, Responsible Citizens and utimately Successful Learners.
