Black Forest Trip - update June

The travel provider for the Black Forest trip has been in touch to advise that they will be refunding a partial amount within the next 4 weeks with the remaining balance still to come at a later date. We don’t have a date yet for the remaining funds due to the delays the provider is experiencing in getting refunds from their suppliers however we are in regular contact to ensure this is done.
In order to return this first refund to parents, an email has been sent to parents of pupils on the trip asking for them to please email firstname.lastname@example.org advising what name the refund cheque should be made out to – i.e B Smith, Mrs B Smith, Betty Smith.
We estimate the amount will be £450 in this stage, out of the £695 total paid for the trip.
Your patience whilst this is progressed is very much appreciated. We will be in touch with parents again when we have a further update on when the rest of the refunds will be issued.
